Supplier certificates, specs and declarations tracked to expiry
Regulated Mode
Regulated mode implements the controls 21 CFR Part 11 requires: electronic signatures on approvals, releases and dispositions, a reason for every change with the prior value kept, a tamper-resistant audit trail that cannot be switched off, separation of duties, legal hold, account controls, and an inspection export. Validation remains yours, supported by our validation package and SOP templates.

CoA IntelligenceCoA ProcessingPaperboard converting
Challenge: The same board grade is governed by a different manufacturer-negotiated specification at each plant, so one CoA cannot be checked against one spec: the correct limits depend on which manufacturer and which plant the lot came from.
Solution: Agents extract every CoA and check it against the specification negotiated for that manufacturer and that plant, enforcing the right limits per combination rather than one shared standard, and surfacing out-of-spec results for review.

CoA IntelligenceCoA Generation & Email ResponseAgricultural quality assurance and testing
Challenge: Certificates had to be produced from raw test results in a different layout for each major client, and clients kept emailing in for duplicate copies and amended versions of certificates already issued.
Solution: Agents generate the CoA from the lab's test results in the format that client expects. Emailed requests for a duplicate or an amendment are fulfilled automatically from the original record, within permitted parameters such as naming and rounding.

Works with Your ERP
Status written back where the connector supports it.
It reads each supplier certificate and checks it against your specification, and it generates the certificates you send your own customers. Your quality team sees the exceptions and decides.
02How does it check a certificate against my specification?
Each result is compared with the specification version you published for that product, supplier and plant. Your limit and the supplier's printed limit are kept apart, so a result inside the printed range but outside yours fails.
03Can it generate our outbound certificates?
Yes. Outbound certificates are generated from your lot and test data on your own template, and every publish is a new version. Anything out of spec waits for review before it goes out.
04Which quality records can I file?
Certificates have their own checking and generation. Other supplier quality records are filed under the types you define, linked to their lot, product and supplier.
05Who can approve a certificate?
Four roles apply: Team Admin, Quality Admin, Quality Expert and Reader, enforced on the server. Every accept, waive or reject keeps the reason and who decided.
