Chemical Distribution Software for Orders, Supplier Invoices, CoAs and SDSs
UpBrains AI is chemical distribution software for chemical distributors and repackagers: orders, supplier invoices, lot CoAs and the SDSs you re-issue.
Supplier and freight invoices matched to the order before payment, the decision kept.
A chemical distributor handles the same four records on every transaction: the customer’s order, the supplier’s invoice, the lot’s CoA and the safety data sheet.
UpBrains AI reads each one from email and portals, checks it against your specifications, prices and tolerances, and routes the exceptions to the person who decides.
Your ERP stays the system of record: quotes, orders, matched invoices and filed certificates post there once your team approves.
Your Records and Standards
Every lot you ship travels with its certificate of analysis and the current safety data sheet for the product, and your customers audit you against both.

Frequently Asked Questions
01What is chemical distribution software?
It is software that reads the transactions a chemical distributor moves every day: customer orders, supplier invoices, lot CoAs and SDSs. UpBrains AI reads each one, checks it against your business logic and posts the result to your ERP after your team approves.
02Do we have to re-issue a supplier's SDS as a chemical distributor in Canada?
An importer for resale, or a distributor that relabels, is the initial supplier and puts its own identity on a bilingual sheet. The amended Hazardous Products Regulations (HPR) transition ended in December 2025, so a Canadian sheet still on the old rules is a remediation job.
03When does a US importer become the responsible party for an SDS?
A US importer becomes the responsible party and ensures the sheet meets the rules, with a US address and phone number. Mixtures under the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HazCom 2024) are due by 19 November 2027, which is the live trigger for re-issuing supplier sheets as your own.
04How does CoA management work for a chemical distributor?
Each supplier CoA is read on arrival and checked against the specification you published for that product and supplier. A result inside the supplier’s printed range but outside your limit is flagged, and the certificate is filed by lot.
05Can it create sales orders from customer emails?
Yes. Customer POs and RFQs arriving by email are read, matched to your products and prices, and posted as quotes or orders in your ERP. Your team reviews the exceptions and approves the rest.
