How do you tell which contractor account sent an order?
The account code on the PO is looked up in your ERP first, then the other identifiers on it. If nothing resolves, a person picks the account, so a plumbing shop with several buyers still lands on the right contractor account.
Can a will-call order come in by email?
Yes. A will-call request is read like any other order, and the ship method and notes carry to the record your counter sees. Water heaters, fixtures and fittings are matched line by line before anything posts.
How are pipe lengths and boxed fittings counted?
