Do you use customer data to train your AI models?

No. Neither us or any of AI service partners that we use as sub-processors use your data for training their general AI models. In case of OpenAI, we use specific business Platform APIs, and under their terms and privacy policy, they do not use customer data to train their LLMs when business Platform APIs are used. If you choose to train custom AI models through UpBrains AI platform, those AI models will be built using your data and the resulting AI models are available only to your account.
