3️⃣ Configure Your PO Extractor

On the configuration screen:

✅ Name your extractor, e.g., “PO Extractor”
🧾 (Optional) Set Document Class to “Purchase Order”
🗒️ Instructions Field: Clearly state what you want extracted, such as:

·        Issue Date & Delivery Date

4️⃣ Define the Extraction Fields

Start adding the fields you need:

Common Fields:

·        Supplier Name

·        Issue Date

·        Delivery Date

·        Total Amount

Line Item Fields: (For itemized products or services)

·        Product Name

·        Quantity

·        Unit Price

·        Line Total

5️⃣ Upload a Sample PO

Upload a sample file (PDF, image, or raw text) and hit Extract.
The AI reads the file, extracts the specified fields, and displays a preview.

🛠️ If the output isn't perfect, simply adjust your field definitions and run the extraction again.
