Onboarding Journey Overview
The following is a quick overview of the onboarding journey.
Step 1 — User and Company Profile
Collect company type, role, website, and referral source.
Choose what you want to do as your onboarding
Connect your inbox to have your messages, tickets and attachments processed
Standard Options: Front, Outlook, Zendesk.
Custom: create your own AI agents for other inboxes.
Step 4 — Message and Ticket Classification Configuration
Choose if you want to classify your inbox messages or tickets
Step 5 — Configure Extractors & Document Classes
Choose which document types you want to process using prebuilt AI extractors or create your own custom document extractors
Step 6 — Extraction Results Destination (Output)
Choose where you want the results of your AI extractions should go (spreadsheets, comments, API calls, ERPs, etc.)
Additional Step for Front App — Agent Webhook Activation (If Front is conencted)
Create a Webhook Rule in Front.
Activate the rule.
Click Confirm to complete onboarding.
Step 7 — Final Step & Dashboard Access
AI Agent is live.
Click Go to My Dashboard.
Test your AI Agent by triggering it (send an email to the connected inbox or ticket message, etc.)
Track automation outcomes, manage agents, and explore flows and extractor definitions.
