Onboarding Journey Overview

The following is a quick overview of the onboarding journey.


  1. Step 1 — User and Company Profile

    • Collect company type, role, website, and referral source.


  2. Step 2 — Set Your Goal

    • Choose what you want to do as your onboarding


  3. Step 3 — Connect Your Inbox

    • Connect your inbox to have your messages, tickets and attachments processed

      • Standard Options: Front, Outlook, Zendesk.

      • Custom: create your own AI agents for other inboxes.


  4. Step 4 — Message and Ticket Classification Configuration

    • Choose if you want to classify your inbox messages or tickets


  5. Step 5 — Configure Extractors & Document Classes

    • Choose which document types you want to process using prebuilt AI extractors or create your own custom document extractors


  6. Step 6 — Extraction Results Destination (Output)

    • Choose where you want the results of your AI extractions should go (spreadsheets, comments, API calls, ERPs, etc.)


  7. Additional Step for Front App — Agent Webhook Activation (If Front is conencted)

    • Create a Webhook Rule in Front.

    • Activate the rule.

    • Click Confirm to complete onboarding.


  8. Step 7 — Final Step & Dashboard Access

    • AI Agent is live.

    • Click Go to My Dashboard.

    • Test your AI Agent by triggering it (send an email to the connected inbox or ticket message, etc.)

    • Track automation outcomes, manage agents, and explore flows and extractor definitions.
